Step 1: Prepare Your PowerPoint Slides and Talking Points
Prepare your slides and structure your presentation, think strategically about how your PowerPoint slides will visually engage your audience and support your talking points, without duplicating what you plan to say. Use the first-page slide background that you can find in the folder Presentation Guide at https://bit.ly/2Zddoti. Please adhere to presentation time according to the current arrangement (7 minutes).
Step 2: Select Your Audio Sources
You can use the computer’s built-in devices or an external microphone that you’ve plugged into your
USB ports. Be sure to test the audio quality before you deliver your full presentation.
Step 3: Open Your PowerPoint Slides and Start to record your presentation
Open your PowerPoint presentation and record your presentation by recording the slides within the PowerPoint application. Click Slide Show > Record Slide Show > Record from Beginning > Record Step 4: Press Record And Start Presenting
You’re ready to press the record button and start presenting. There are different ways to manage
recordings in your presentation: • Pause – to pause a recording • Stop – to end a recording • Replay – to replay a recording • Pen, Highlighter, or Eraser – use the pen, highlighter, or eraser tools to mark up your recording
Step 5 . Finish your presentation recording
You can stop your presentation recording by pressing the stop button
Step 6. Save your presentation recording
Save your presentation recording in mp4 format with the file name: PaperID_name_institusion
(example: 0001_Haznam_Unand)
Step 7. Submit your video presentation
Upload your video presentation to Google Drive/Youtube and submit the link at: https://bit.ly/3E1tOUw
